At 32,800 sq. ft., the new Teleperformance office in Jakarta serves as a high-performing hub for a large-scale workforce, designed to enhance employee experience, foster collaboration, and embody the company’s global identity while responding to local workplace needs.
A Bold First Impression
The reception establishes an immersive brand experience from the outset. A full-height living green wall embedded with illuminated brand values makes a striking statement, instantly connecting visitors and employees to Teleperformance’s culture. Flexible lounge seating, vibrant accents, and custom lighting reinforce a tech-forward, energetic identity.
Optimized for a High-Density Workforce
Supporting thousands of employees across multiple teams and shifts required a meticulous approach to planning. Open work areas are designed for efficiency, with layouts that maximize flow and visibility while maintaining a sense of personal space. Modular and scalable, the workspace adapts easily to evolving team structures. Informal breakout zones and casual seating clusters are interwoven throughout, encouraging connection, collaboration, and agility in day-to-day operations.
Designing for Well-Being
