  • Industry Law Firm / Legal Services,
  • After more than two decades in a traditional office space and navigating through the challenges of a national pandemic, Harris decided it was time for a significant transformation in both their real estate and operational approach. Embracing a more modern and efficient work environment, they chose to reduce their rentable square footage in Denver by over half and explore non-traditional office settings. After evaluating multiple buildings through detailed test-fits, Harris ultimately selected the historic Granite Building in Downtown.

The newly renovated core and shell of the Granite Building feature striking architectural elements such as exposed brick, timber ceilings, and stunning stained-glass windows. The new design aims to celebrate the historic charm and unique character of the building while creating a space that meets the functional needs of a modern law firm.

The layout includes glass-front micro-offices designed to be unassigned, allowing all attorneys the flexibility to drop in and use the space as needed, reflecting their non-mandatory office presence. Additionally, the design incorporates a versatile work lounge, providing ample space for work, meetings, and client entertainment. This thoughtful integration of historic aesthetics with contemporary functionality ensures Harris’s new office is both a nod to the past and a step into the future.
