De Heus Offices – Ho Chi Minh City
Huynchi’s design for the De Heus offices in Ho Chi Minh City embodies sustainability and innovation, creating a people-centric environment that reflects the company’s agricultural legacy through natural materials and open collaboration spaces.
As one of the world’s leading animal nutrition and feed companies, De Heus places long-term sustainability, innovation, and human connection at the core of its mission. These values became the foundation for the design of the new De Heus Vietnam Office, completed by Huynchi in Ho Chi Minh City.
The workplace was envisioned as a physical reflection of De Heus’s century-long legacy in agriculture and nutrition. Huynchi translated this purpose-driven mindset into a grounded, honest, and people-centric working environment. Natural materials, organic forms, and warm textures were carefully selected to echo the brand’s agricultural roots, while maintaining a contemporary and professional workplace aesthetic.
An open spatial layout encourages collaboration and transparency, supporting both focused work and team interaction. Flexible work zones, informal meeting areas, and thoughtfully integrated greenery contribute to a healthy and engaging office atmosphere. The design balances operational efficiency with employee well-being, creating a space that feels both functional and full of life.
Through this project, Huynchi aimed to deliver more than an office fit-out, the De Heus Vietnam Office is a workplace that embodies the company’s values, supports its people, and reinforces its long-term commitment to sustainable growth in the region.
