  • The design of Vista Energy’s new office in Punta del Este is conceived as a spatial translation of the company’s identity, where clarity, movement, and connection to the environment shape the overall experience. Grounded in the concepts of origin, efficiency, and momentum, the proposal delivers a dynamic and flexible workplace that responds to both operational needs and cultural values.

The layout is organized around a central core that acts as the main access point and spatial anchor. From this nucleus, circulation unfolds in a fluid and intuitive way, avoiding rigid boundaries and enabling a seamless transition between different areas. Open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative zones, and support spaces are integrated into a continuous environment that prioritizes both functionality and spatial openness.

A key design feature is the strong relationship with the surrounding landscape. The office takes full advantage of its privileged location by orienting key areas—particularly meeting rooms—towards views of the bay and coastline. Natural light and visual permeability enhance the sense of openness, reinforcing a work atmosphere that feels connected and expansive.

Ceiling design plays a defining role in shaping the spatial identity. The combination of exposed slabs, suspended planes, and organically arranged acoustic elements allows for the integration of lighting and technical systems while subtly organizing the space. This approach eliminates the need for rigid partitions, maintaining visual continuity while introducing rhythm and movement.

Materiality further supports this balance between efficiency and comfort. A neutral palette dominates the space, complemented by wood accents that bring warmth and texture. The result is an environment that feels both professional and welcoming, aligning with the company’s forward-looking vision.

Overall, the project achieves a cohesive and contemporary office design where spatial clarity, flexibility, and environmental connection come together to support everyday work dynamics and long-term growth.
