Studio G Architects Inc. crafted the Hill Physicians Medical Group offices in San Ramon, California, emphasizing a flexible workspace that fosters collaboration, well-being, and community engagement across its dynamic, multi-functional design.
Studio G designed an 80,000-square-foot workplace for Hill Physicians Medical Group, spanning two floors and tailored to support both focused work and meaningful collaboration. The first floor is anchored by a dynamic all-hands space that serves as the social heart of the office—supporting employee gatherings, informal meetings, gaming, and daily refreshment. This area seamlessly extends to a private outdoor patio, offering staff access to fresh air and an additional setting for connection and recharge.
A dedicated library provides a quiet, focused environment for research and heads-down work, balancing the energy of the more active zones. The workplace also includes a full-service call center, a range of conference rooms to support team collaboration, and thoughtfully designed executive offices. On the fifth floor, a formal boardroom creates a refined setting for leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
The overall design reflects Hill Physicians’ commitment to employee well-being, flexibility, and a strong sense of community.
