Fax Capital Offices – Toronto
Figure3 designed the Fax Capital offices in Toronto to embody professionalism and authenticity, merging warm aesthetics with functional spaces that enhance collaboration and productivity within a tranquil environment.
Fax Capital’s new Toronto headquarters reflects the firm’s emphasis on professionalism, simplicity, and authenticity. Designed by Figure3 to support both focused work and collaboration, the office balances classic detailing with modern functionality, using a warm, neutral palette to create a calm and welcoming environment.
The layout was opened to increase natural light and support collaboration while still accommodating focused work. Sit-stand desks were installed throughout, alongside a range of formal and informal meeting spaces to encourage flexibility and interaction.
A central lounge functions as both a casual gathering point for staff and a refined setting for client meetings. Fax Capital’s art collection is thoughtfully integrated into the space, contributing to a cohesive and personalized atmosphere.
Acoustic and technological enhancements improve day-to-day performance, and existing furniture was refurbished where possible to support sustainable outcomes. The result is a workplace that supports productivity, reflects the company’s culture, and contributes to employee retention through its thoughtful design.
