FRAME Offices – Paris
Parella’s FRAME Offices in Paris masterfully blend contemporary design with historic Haussmannian elements, creating a fluid, multi-functional showroom that reflects FRAME’s global identity within a heritage setting.
Agilité – a Parella company – supported FRAME in creating its Paris showroom, seamlessly integrating the brand’s contemporary identity into a historic Haussmannian building dating back to 1870. The ambition was clear: to deliver a hybrid space combining showroom, reception, and workplace functions, fully aligned with the standards of FRAME’s American boutiques, without compromise.
A Hybrid Space with a Distinct Identity
Located in the heart of Paris, the project transforms a heritage building into a multi-level environment that reflects FRAME’s modern aesthetic. The showroom was designed to offer an immersive brand experience, creating a fluid dialogue between Haussmannian elegance, with its ornate mouldings, high ceilings, and period architecture, and the clean, refined identity that defines FRAME internationally.
A custom-designed staircase anchors the space, connecting levels while reinforcing the sense of architectural precision that runs throughout the project. Careful attention to volumes and circulation ensures a seamless flow between presentation, reception, and working areas.
Mastering Complex Constraints
Delivering a project of this calibre within a 19th-century Parisian building required exceptional anticipation and coordination. Agilité acted as general contractor, managing the full scope of the project from phasing and planning to on-site coordination, within a highly constrained environment.
Technical challenges were significant: reinforced ceilings, protected heritage mouldings, the presence of lead, and severely restricted logistics access all demanded rigorous planning and constant adaptation. Deliveries were authorised only at dawn, requiring meticulous organisation and a proactive approach to unforeseen site conditions.
Uncompromising Material Quality
A defining feature of the project was its commitment to material excellence. To meet FRAME’s international standards, the same materials used in the brand’s American boutiques were sourced and implemented in Paris, including polished stainless steel, waxed concrete, Buxy stone, and precisely laid parquet flooring. Each finish was executed with the level of craftsmanship befitting both the building’s heritage and the brand’s global reputation.
The result is an interior where Parisian savoir-faire and contemporary design sensibility coexist effortlessly, creating a space that feels both rooted in its context and unmistakably FRAME.
Precision, Execution, and Vision
FRAME’s Paris showroom demonstrates what becomes possible when complexity is treated not as an obstacle, but as a driver of excellence. Through rigorous project management, close coordination with all stakeholders, and an unwavering commitment to architectural vision, Agilité delivered a space that fully honours the brand’s identity and ambitions.
More than a showroom, it is a physical expression of FRAME’s world: refined, precise, and designed to leave a lasting impression.
