Tramonte Design Studio’s Modisoft Offices in Sugar Land, Texas, showcases a glass-clad design that promotes innovation and collaboration, reflecting the company’s growth with modern amenities and flexible workspaces.
Modisoft’s new Class A headquarters is a 40,500 SF, glass-clad office building located in Sugar Land, Texas. The building reflects the company’s growth since its founding in 2006. Modisoft occupies the top two floors, providing employees with modern amenities, while the bottom two floors are build-to-suit spaces for future tenants. Their workspace is designed to foster innovation, support software development, research, training, and product testing.
As you step off the elevator onto the third floor, you are greeted by Modisoft’s logo at the reception desk. To the right is a client waiting area and the main conference room. Moving further into the employee space, you’ll find an additional lounge area, a client-focused “Hive” highlighting their products, and open workstations. The workstations feature sit-to-stand desks and flexible layouts that encourage collaboration. Down the hall private offices for the leadership team are equipped with lounge seating, a private bar, and televisions. Moving into the collaborative marketing hub with a podcasting room and acoustic enhancements for optimal sound quality.
On the fourth floor, you enter the staff breakroom and training space designed for flexibility. This area features floor-to-ceiling windows, access to a rooftop deck that crowns the building, and adaptable seating arrangements for a variety of uses. Altogether, their space further emphasizes openness, collaboration, and a dynamic work environment for the Modisoft team.
