STONE Offices – Moscow
T+T Architects designed the STONE offices in Moscow, merging contemporary minimalism with functional work spaces to enhance productivity and reflect STONE’s brand philosophy in a harmonious, refined environment.
T+T Architects has completed a new office project for STONE, one of Moscow’s largest commercial and residential real estate developers. The workspace occupies two floors in Tower C of the STONE Towers office complex, located on Bumazhny Proyezd. The concept is rooted in contemporary minimalism and a renewed perspective on work-life balance.
Business Objective
The new office is more than just a workplace—it serves as an extension of STONE’s brand philosophy and a key representation of its identity. Located within a building developed by the company itself, the space subtly communicates precision, expertise, and high status, while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for employees.
The project is based on a refined minimalist concept combined with the client’s strong corporate culture. The result is a technologically advanced and highly practical environment designed to support multitasking processes and business scalability. Every square meter is functional and contributes to improving team productivity.
Spatial Organization
The 2,300 sq. m office fully occupies two floors of the камерная (intimate-scale) 10-story Tower C within the STONE Towers complex at 19 Bumazhny Proyezd, within walking distance of Belorusskaya and Savyolovskaya metro stations.
Functionally, the space is divided into several key zones: open office areas for employees, a client-facing block with four meeting rooms, and an executive area.
Both floors follow a dual-layer layout: a central core houses communication, service, and navigation functions, while the perimeter accommodates workspaces. The interiors are defined by clear structure, strict symmetry, and intuitive geometry. This approach ensures efficient workflow management and comfortable employee circulation.
Workstations are positioned along the façade to maximize natural light and visual comfort. The layout emphasizes smaller, department-based work clusters. Each cluster has easy access to essential amenities such as wardrobes, restrooms, networking areas, coffee points, Zoom rooms, and meeting spaces of various sizes. This strategy maintains openness and seamless communication while avoiding acoustic overload.
Each work cluster is equipped with its own print zones and storage, while offices include magnetic whiteboard surfaces for brainstorming. Across the two floors, 17 meeting rooms of varying capacities support collaboration. For improved comfort and acoustics, meeting room walls feature soft sound-absorbing finishes.
Mobile partitions throughout the office allow for quick spatial reconfiguration. Additionally, five compact soundproof booths provide spaces for private calls and focused work. Informal lounge niches are integrated into shared areas, accessible to all employees.
The office also includes two kitchens—one per floor—designed for comfortable breaks and full meals, as well as an additional coffee point for quick refreshment.
Technology & Digitalization
A strong emphasis was placed on digital infrastructure. All spaces are equipped with systems for lighting control, climate management, and automated solar shading. Meeting rooms feature professional video panels, conference cameras with auto-tracking, and integrated ceiling microphone arrays.
This technological approach enhances both comfort and productivity in daily work processes.
The client area and executive zone have separate entrances, allowing for efficient flow management while maintaining a balance between privacy and a unified corporate environment.
Design Concept
The interior concept is built around principles of clarity, harmony, and balance, thoughtfully aligned with STONE’s brand philosophy. The design language conveys order, calmness, and attention to subtle yet meaningful details.
Clean, minimal lines, tactile materials, vertical proportions, and distinctive geometric patterns in plaster and felt gradually reveal the overall concept. Surfaces in wood, metal, and natural stone reinforce the visual identity.
The office feels like a blank canvas—free of distractions—where every design decision supports productivity and enables employees to focus in a comfortable environment.
A monochromatic grey palette is accented with bold furniture pieces, contrasting textiles, and finishing elements. Grey, as the brand’s primary color, is complemented by deep burgundy-red tones that energize the space. Felt wall panels and light wood flooring soften the atmosphere, adding warmth and comfort.
Furniture pieces organically complement the geometric language of the space and its refined, calligraphic lines. Custom-designed lighting fixtures with complex forms serve as standout features within the interior.
