Officebanao’s Karyan Group offices in Delhi masterfully intertwines fluid geometry and refined materials to create a purposeful, user-centric workspace that embodies the brand’s ethos and vision for engagement.
A real estate workspace carries a responsibility that extends beyond functionality—it must reflect the very standards of design, precision, and delivery that the developer promises. For Karyan, the workspace becomes a direct extension of its brand ethos. Led by Officebanao from concept to execution, the project translates ambition into a spatial experience that is both purposeful and refined.
Framework: Geometry in Motion
The design language is rooted in the fluidity of natural geometry. Gentle curves, arched thresholds, and softened volumes create a seamless spatial flow that intuitively guides movement. This curvilinear expression goes beyond aesthetics—it actively shapes how the space is perceived and experienced. The black-framed arches at the reception lead toward a sweeping wall that frames views into the experience centre and meeting zones, creating a layered sense of depth, anticipation, and discovery.
Spatial Sequence: Staging the Experience
At the core of the floorplan lies the experience centre, envisioned as a dynamic hub of engagement. A stretched fabric ceiling hovers above the model display platform, lending it quiet prominence. Complementing this is a curvilinear bookshelf and an integrated coffee counter, fostering a more relaxed, conversational environment for client interactions.
The space unfolds into a richly toned conference lounge and a 13-seat boardroom, each distinct in character yet unified through material continuity and mood, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
The executive suite is approached through an art-lined gallery that transitions into a biophilic lounge designed as a moment of pause within the workplace rhythm. Organic seating, soft lighting, and natural elements introduce a sense of calm, balancing the formal and informal dynamics of the office. Individual cabins are thoughtfully detailed to feel both functional and personal, offering comfort without compromising efficiency.
A refined palette of marble, textured finishes, and smoked oak veneer runs consistently throughout, reinforcing the brand’s subtle yet premium identity.
In contrast to the enclosed and articulated zones, the work area adopts a lighter, more open character. Partially exposed structural slab allows natural light to extend deeper into the workspace, enhancing spatial honesty and supporting employee wellbeing. Planter-integrated storage units subtly organise the layout, maintaining openness while introducing moments of greenery and visual relief.
At the far end, the cafeteria offers a softer shift in pace. Sage green ceilings, wooden island counters, and window-facing seating create a relaxed environment that encourages pause and interaction.
Karyan Group’s office brings together performance and presence in equal measure. Through its architecture and detailing, it reflects a design ethos that aligns foresight with responsibility—prioritising user-centric spatial experience, measured material choices and longevity, grounded in the belief that those who build meaningful spaces should inhabit them with the same intent.
