Edenred Offices – Paris
Parella’s Edenred offices in Paris redefine the workplace by creating a vibrant, collaborative environment centered around a food court, fostering interaction and enhancing employee well-being in a future-focused design.
Edenred France, a global leader in payment solutions dedicated to the world of work, has reimagined its headquarters in Montrouge as a vibrant, future-focused workplace that reflects its innovative and people-centric culture. Designed as an immersive, sensory, and highly collaborative environment, the new office brings together all teams under one roof in a flagship space that embodies the brand’s identity and ambitions.
At the heart of the project lies a strong and unifying concept: the food court. Inspired by culinary destinations from around the world, this central theme serves as both a cultural anchor and a spatial narrative, creating a dynamic and engaging user experience throughout the workplace. Each area is designed to evoke a sense of discovery, encouraging movement, interaction, and informal exchange, while reinforcing Edenred’s historic connection to food-related services.
The workspace has been carefully crafted to support new ways of working, with a variety of flexible environments that foster collaboration, agility, and well-being. Open, adaptable work areas coexist with quieter zones for focus, alongside informal meeting spaces and social hubs that enhance connectivity among employees. The result is a balanced ecosystem where performance and conviviality go hand in hand.
Our team supported Edenred France at every stage of this ambitious transformation. From defining the real estate strategy and identifying the new headquarters in Montrouge, to negotiating the transaction, designing the immersive interior concept, and overseeing construction, the project was delivered as a fully integrated process. In parallel, a comprehensive change management program ensured a smooth transition for employees, helping them embrace new spatial dynamics and ways of working.
