USV Offices – New York City
Artisan Design created a flexible office environment with modularity in mind, featuring a gradient of public-to-private zones to accommodate various event formats while subtly embedding the client’s brand identity.
Client Goals
The client sought an office environment that subtly reinforced their brand identity while remaining highly adaptable. They required a flexible layout that could be easily reconfigured to host a variety of events, from intimate meetings to large gatherings.
Our Approach
We developed a “third space” design narrative that organized the office into a gradient of public-to-private zones. The front office was conceived as a co-working hub for the client’s portfolio companies, while deeper within the plan, we integrated tiered seating, a library, and expandable conference rooms. Each element was designed with modularity in mind, ensuring seamless transitions between work modes and event formats.
The Result
The completed space is a multifunctional environment that evolves with the client’s needs—whether hosting collaborative work sessions, formal presentations, or casual networking events—while embedding their brand in a subtle, sophisticated way.
