SKIMS & Good American Headquarters – Hollywood
ODAA designed the SKIMS & Good American Headquarters in Hollywood, CA, as an 8-story remodel that embodies body positivity through its gentle curves and layered textures, providing versatile spaces for.
SKIMS and Good American are two major brands taking the world by storm. This 8-story, 115,000sf remodel in Hollywood was designed for the growing needs of both brands but held to the SKIMS branding and marketing palette as its main aesthetic driver.
The brand’s focus on body positivity and inclusivity through marketing, color range, and sizing also served as inspiration for the project’s gentle curves and layered tones and textures. Across 8 floors of creative office space, the project houses flexible open and private offices, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, photo studios, sample libraries, prototype showrooms, an executive lounge, and a commisary for 400 people.
