  • Designed as a contemporary co-working environment, this workspace translates the company’s forward-looking identity into a cohesive spatial experience. The design language is anchored in a palette derived from the brand itself, with teal accents layered alongside fluted glass, metallic finishes, and carefully curated lighting to create an environment that feels dynamic, sophisticated, and future-focused.

The common areas establish the project’s visual identity from the outset. A subtle interplay of teal tones and light creates continuity across spaces, enhancing depth while visually connecting different zones. Departing from conventional commercial design, the lift lobby replaces traditional stone cladding with a metallic ombré PU finish, introducing a refined and distinctive character. Projection lighting and integrated profile lights at each lift further amplify the experience, transforming a functional circulation space into an immersive arrival sequence.

The reception and lift lobby are conceived as a unified volume, tied together by an exposed teal ceiling and sculptural acoustic lighting. At the reception, the company’s logo is highlighted against a curved fluted glass backdrop, softened by a layer of areca palms positioned behind it. This creates a subtle sense of depth while introducing a biophilic element into the space. A curved seating feature placed beyond the fluted glass reinforces the fluid geometry of the design and contributes to the seamless visual flow of the interior.

Functionality remains central to the planning. The coffee counter was developed in close collaboration with operational requirements, incorporating practical elements such as dedicated display storage while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

Recognizing the acoustic challenges often associated with co-working environments, extensive acoustic treatments have been integrated throughout the workspace. Telephone booths, discussion pods, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and ceiling systems have all been designed to support sound control without compromising the overall design language.

The brand identity extends into the smallest details, with the company logo CNC-cut into custom door handles, creating a subtle yet memorable touchpoint throughout the workplace.
