Evolution Design’s MS Reinsurance Offices in Zurich masterfully embody the company’s brand values through dynamic workspaces, uniting inspiring environments with a visual concept rooted in collaboration and growth.
Evolution Design has completed the new Zurich head office for global reinsurer MS Reinsurance. The project translates the company’s brand values of trust, collaboration, and people-centred approach into a workspace that is as dynamic and inspiring as the people working within it.
Following a recent rebrand, the new office gave Evolution Design the opportunity to bring MS Reinsurance’s identity to life in the built environment – creating a space deeply rooted in its visual language and the values that define its culture.
Spread over four floors in Zurich’s Enge, the workspace offers a rich variety of work environments from dedicated team neighbourhoods and quiet focus spaces to collaborative and informal meeting areas.
These environments are united by a strong visual concept inspired by MS Reinsurance’s brand identity and the symbol of the sun – representing consistency, reliability, and growth. This idea unfolds on all floors through colours, materials, forms and graphic elements, creating a workplace that feels both distinctive and authentic.
The result is a workplace that not only supports the way people work, but expresses who they are as an organisation – collaborative, reliable, and forward-thinking.
