LEO A DALY’s Carson Headquarters in Omaha harmonizes two striking glass towers with an amenity-rich hub, embodying transparency and flexibility to support the company’s growth and collaborative culture.
The Carson headquarters is a world-class corporate campus designed to accommodate the company’s anticipated growth and reinforce its brand values. The campus consists of two signature glass towers joined by an amenity hub called “Carson Commons,” all situated within the Heartwood Preserve development in West Omaha. The six-story main building and four-story secondary tower together create a shimmering presence near the highest elevation of the site.
The innovative glass building envelope maximizes daylight while minimizing glare and heat gain, supporting Carson’s value of transparency and providing unobstructed views. Interiors are sophisticated, with classic neutral palettes accented by vibrant Carson branding colors. Amenities include a full-service fitness center, coffee and food service, multiple training rooms, and an upscale cigar bar with rooftop access.
The design supports a work-live-play philosophy, offering a variety of open and enclosed collaboration spaces, high-end finishes, and productivity-focused environments.
