Splenda Offices – Mexico City
CF taller de arquitectura’s Splenda Offices in Santa Fe, Ciudad de México, exemplifies intelligent adaptation by transforming a previous workspace into a flexible, collaborative environment through custom-designed millwork and strategic.
Heartland is in Mexico City. As part of Splenda’s growth, these offices begin from a particular condition: a previously fitted space within the same building where their former office was located, along with the intention of incorporating part of the existing furniture.
The project is conceived as an exercise in intelligent adaptation, where existing spaces and finishes become the starting point for constructing a new identity through precise interventions and custom-designed millwork.
The proposal works from the essentials: readjusting the existing layout to respond to a growing company. By opening up originally fragmented spaces, usable surface area was freed to create larger, more flexible areas capable of evolving with the team. The spatial distribution not only optimizes square meters but also redefines the way people meet and collaborate within the office.
