Voimatalo Model Office – Helsinki
Designed by Bolder Development for Genesta Finland, this model office showcases the future workplace vision for Voimatalo. Inspired by the building’s architectural heritage, the concept combines Scandinavian natural light, warm materials and timeless design to create a welcoming, human-centred environment that appeals to today’s office users and future tenants.
A new model office has been completed at Voimatalo, showcasing the building’s potential in a tangible way:
– views overlooking Kamppi Square
– abundant natural daylight
– a calm, human-scale environment
– carefully selected materials in warm, soft tones
The space combines Scandinavian lightness and brightness with a welcoming, residential sense of warmth. The design is understated and timeless, featuring light colour palettes, natural wood surfaces, elegant glass partitions, and an overall atmosphere that feels approachable from the moment you step inside. At the same time, the building’s façade, windows, and lighting have recently been renewed, with further enhancements still to come.
The model office demonstrates what a workspace can feel like at its best—not just how it functions.
