  • Morning, a specialist in workspaces and design & build, has carried out the interior fit-out of the building that houses its Morning Laborde coworking space.

This shared office space covers 2,800 m² and is organised around a central patio that floods the six floors with light. Morning’s interior designers drew inspiration from the style of a New York loft to create an office that combines raw, industrial elements with an authentic feel. The choice of materials (raw concrete, textured glass, recycled plastics and corrugated Plexiglas) strikes a balance between industrial aesthetics and contemporary finishes. This palette plays on contrasts: the harshness of the concrete and black metal is softened by touches of copper, which add a warm and sophisticated touch.

Companies can rent offices of all sizes here, right up to an entire independent floor. They have access to several outdoor spaces (patio, balconies, terraces), 8 meeting rooms and 18 phone booths, a café-bar, a gym, a bicycle storage room and a car park. Morning Laborde is situated right next to Saint-Lazare station, where several metro, RER and Île-de-France train lines intersect – a neighbourhood highly sought-after by major tech companies.
