ARCHVISTA’s Oracle Offices in Dhaka, Bangladesh, masterfully intertwine corporate sophistication with human-centric design, creating a modern workspace that nurtures creativity and productivity while reflecting Oracle’s values of innovation and sustainability through rich materials, strategic biophilia, and dynamic spatial configurations.
Designed as a modern, collaborative, and human-centric workspace, the new Oracle office balances corporate sophistication with welcoming warmth. Reflecting Oracle’s core values of innovation, agility, and sustainability, the interior scheme integrates the brand’s global identity with local sensibilities to nurture creativity, productivity, and employee well-being.
The spatial narrative opens in the reception area, where a sleek, clean-lined front desk is set against a bold, signature teal backdrop featuring the Oracle logo. Surrounded by lush greenery, this welcoming zone makes a strong, professional first impression while immediately grounding visitors in the company’s tech-forward identity.
Moving deeper into the workspace, the open-plan operational zone prioritizes focus and efficiency. Linear desk configurations pair with ergonomic seating along broad perimeter windows that maximize natural daylight and reduce reliance on artificial lighting. Above, ceiling-mounted fabric acoustic panels run throughout to control sound while adding a subtle visual rhythm. Transitioning away from quiet zones, informal lounges featuring vibrant accent furniture encourage casual touchpoints and team discussions. Flexible breakout pods and creative nooks support agile brainstorming, functioning as functional micro-environments within the larger floor plan.
The material selection carefully balances technical precision with tactile warmth. Natural wood finishes on flooring and millwork soften the architecture, while glass partitions adorned with abstract graphic manifestations maintain acoustic privacy without sacrificing spatial transparency or visual flow. These graphics incorporate Oracle’s abstract fingerprint cloud motif, quietly reinforcing identity and technological connection.
The overarching color palette centers on a rich, dominant teal-blue paired with neutral greys and natural timber tones. Vibrant pops of yellow and green in soft furnishings complement strategic biophilic elements throughout the space. Living plants do more than provide visual contrast against the crisp architecture; they enhance indoor air quality and bring an element of nature indoors to foster wellness.
Lighting plays a critical role in defining both atmosphere and function. Bespoke geometric LED fixtures lend a subtle futuristic edge above collaborative zones, while focused task lighting at individual workstations ensures visual comfort. In common areas, soft indirect ambient lighting creates a relaxed, inviting mood.
Ultimately, the resulting interior is more than just a functional workplace. By blending corporate identity with thoughtful human-scale design, the space acts as an integrated community hub designed to empower employees, spark innovation, and reflect Oracle’s commitment to an agile, sustainable future.
