The Juzmatch Headquarters in Bangkok, designed by SML Design Studio, embodies a progressive vision of the workplace as “The Living Lab,” where nature and technology converge to foster a dynamic, human-centered environment that enhances interaction and adaptively supports the evolving culture of the Thai proptech company.
Juzmatch Headquarters in Bangkok is conceived as a workplace where nature, technology, and everyday interaction come together. Designed by SML Design Studio, the approximately 850 square meter office is organized around the concept of **“The Living Lab”**, a workplace imagined as an evolving environment rather than a conventional corporate interior.
JUZMATCH is a Thai proptech company focused on real estate and investment solutions. The design responds to its technology driven character while introducing a softer and more human centered workplace experience. Instead of expressing innovation through technology alone, the office combines digital elements with greenery, natural textures, organic forms, and spaces that encourage informal interaction.
The lobby establishes this idea from the moment of arrival. Rather than functioning simply as a reception area, it becomes a shared social landscape with integrated terrariums, planted elements, and loose seating that allows the space to be used for waiting, casual meetings, conversations, or short breaks. Suspended digital displays contrast with the organic forms below, creating a visual relationship between nature and technology.
Beyond the lobby, the plan transitions between collaborative zones, meeting rooms, hot desking areas, quiet workspaces, and more relaxed communal settings. Different degrees of enclosure allow employees to move easily between focused work and group interaction throughout the day. Greenery is integrated into furniture and spatial elements rather than treated as decoration, reinforcing the idea of the office as a living system.
The result is a flexible workplace that reflects JUZMATCH’s evolving culture while prioritizing comfort, interaction, and connection to nature. Rather than creating a static corporate environment, SML Design Studio approached the headquarters as a continuously changing landscape shaped by its people, activities, technology, and plant life.
