Duv Group transformed the Stonebridge Property Group Offices in Sydney with a thoughtful expansion and refurbishment that prioritized acoustic performance and seamless integration of dedicated phone rooms, ensuring an optimal work environment for a growing team.
Stonebridge Property Group required additional space to accommodate a growing team, alongside a full refresh of their existing tenancy.
Central to the brief was acoustic performance — with a phone-based workforce, sound management wasn’t incidental, it was fundamental. We delivered a full expansion and refurbishment, encompassing all services, joinery, furniture, and flooring.
Dedicated phone rooms and considered acoustic treatment were integrated throughout. Working around a live tenancy and shared lift lobby required meticulous pre-planning and secure hoarding to ensure zero disruption to neighbouring occupants. Delivered on time, to a standard formally commended by the landlord.
