Ideas AB designed offices for Tara Pac in Lund, Sweden, emphasizing sustainability and brand identity by preserving elements of the old printing house while incorporating recycled materials and a new design concept to foster a dynamic work culture.
When the environment becomes part of the brand!
Creating an inspiring and sustainable work environment is not just about design – it’s about identity, function and long-term value. When we were commissioned to upgrade Tara Pac’s office in Lund, the focus was on preserving a large part of the unique expression while integrating recycling and highlighting their genuine environmental thinking. By reusing and refining a large part of existing furniture and details combined with new selected furniture and a new exciting design concept, we have created a workplace that feels both new and genuine – a package worthy of their own expertise.
A place with history and soul
Tara Pac’s office is more than just a workplace – it is part of the company’s story. The unique premises, an old printing house in the middle of Lund’s University area, charmed the company from the very beginning. With latticed wooden windows, generous light and a view of the city’s rooftops, the premises carry a history that is now allowed to live on in a new context.
Strategic design
In the project, we have worked with Space Branding – to strategically design Tara Pac’s brand in the physical space. By creating an interior that reflects their values and working methods, we have developed an environment that not only strengthens the company’s identity, but also attracts future talent and promotes a dynamic work culture. Every detail is carefully selected to contribute to a whole where both aesthetics and function work together.
An office that packages what matters most
Tara Pac employees are experts in packaging – and this time they have created packaging for their most valuable resource: their employees. The upgraded office environment has been designed with a focus on individual well-being, with increased opportunities for easy communication and greater collaboration. There is room for both concentration and collaboration, in an atmosphere that inspires creativity and commitment.
With sustainability in focus, a strong identity and a well-thought-out design, we have created a work environment where Tara Pac can continue to grow, develop and inspire – every day.
