KRB Avocats | Lawyers Office – Montreal
Inside Studio designed offices for KRB Avocats | Lawyers in Montreal, featuring a striking 14th-floor executive area and a warm, cohesive palette enhanced by abundant natural light and playful bistro-inspired kitchen spaces.
Inside Studio is very happy to share a look at the recently completed renovation designed for KRB Avocats | Lawyers, who occupy six floors in the historic Globe building at 1350 Sherbrooke West, a premier location in downtown Montreal’s business district.
A highlight of the design is the 14th floor, home to the executive area, conference center, reception and lounge. Exterior windows rhythmically arrayed along the perimeter and warm grey porcelain tile provide a consistent backdrop throughout. Positioned laterally, the reception features a strong, monolithic desk, allowing the rest of the space to open out onto the client area with complementary earthy terracotta hues and tan leather adding warmth to the palette.
Across the compact 5,000 sq. ft. practice floors, windows on three sides give every office a connection to the exterior and abundant natural light. The palette around the enclosed offices was kept light and understated, with glass and light frames that don’t obstruct the views while making the spaces feel more expansive. This elegant simplicity is echoed in the elevator cores across all levels, bathed in the same warm porcelain tile as the reception floor.
In contrast, tucked within the workplace, the kitchen and café corners bring a more playful, bistro-inspired character through bold wall tiles and expressive terrazzo flooring.
A big thank you to the KRB Avocats | Lawyers team for their trust and collaboration throughout the project.
