Surya Steel Offices – Ahmedabad

The Raw Project designed offices for Surya Steel in Ahmedabad, incorporating industrial character that nods to the company’s steel expertise, while glass brick walls filter light and enhance spatial illusions.

Firm
  • Client Surya Steel,
  • size 2,000 sqft
  • Year 2026
  • Location Ahmedabad, India,
  • Industry Construction / Engineering,
  • Designed within a compact 2000 sq. ft. footprint, this office interior brings together industrial character, refined minimalism and concealed functionality.

A restrained reception sets the tone with a perforated corrugated mild-steel desk illuminated from within, alongside a vertical glass-brick light well that draws natural light into the space. The central workspace is defined by bold black flooring, textured grey surfaces and an exposed ceiling, creating a raw yet sophisticated backdrop.

A recurring royal-blue I-section girder references the company’s expertise in steel structures and pre-engineered buildings, while mild steel detailing reinforces its industrial identity.

Glass brick becomes the project’s signature material—filtering light, defining partitions and creating subtle illusions of structure. Across the office, storage, technical infrastructure and utilities are seamlessly integrated into walls and furniture.

From concealed doors to a timeline wall that doubles as employee storage, every element is designed to make function feel effortless.
An understated workplace where steel expresses identity, light shapes experience, and architecture reveals itself through detail.
