CYERA Offices – Tel Aviv
EN Design Studio designed offices for CYERA in Tel Aviv, crafting a workplace at Landmark that balances stability and change through a flexible framework for growth, movement, and discovery.
Everything changes. People, places, ideas, relationships. Even what appears stable is constantly in motion. The question is not how to resist change, but how to evolve without losing what defines us.
Inspired by Heraclitus’ notion that no one steps into the same river twice, the design concept for CYERA explores the relationship between change and stability. Rather than treating stability as permanence, the project approaches it as the ability to adapt, evolve, and grow while maintaining a clear sense of identity.
As one of Israel’s fastest-growing cybersecurity companies, CYERA operates in an environment defined by constant transformation. Such rapid growth presents a unique challenge: how to preserve a strong organizational identity while creating room for new people, ideas, and ways of working.
The design responds to this tension by creating a workplace that does not impose a fixed identity, but allows it to develop over time. The space is conceived as a dynamic framework in which consistency and diversity coexist, and where familiar elements meet new possibilities. Boundaries become opportunities for exploration, encouraging movement, interaction, and continuous discovery.
Rather than eliminating the comfort of the familiar, the project seeks to expand it. Growth happens when established patterns meet new perspectives, allowing the workplace to evolve alongside the people who inhabit it.
The result is an environment designed to support both a strong sense of belonging and the freedom to change. A workplace that reflects CYERA’s evolving identity, embraces the complexity of growth, and creates space for what comes next.
Stability is not the absence of change, but the ability to move with it.
