  • The Fox Rothschild Pittsburgh project involved the relocation and strategic repositioning to create a more client-focused, collaborative, and efficient environment. The design prioritizes both client and employee experiences, beginning with a polished arrival sequence featuring an upgraded elevator lobby, hospitality-driven reception area, and a dedicated conference center. A centrally located café and collaboration zone, along with a technology hub, wellness room, and attorney offices, form the core of the workplace experience.

The office accommodates 37 perimeter attorney offices, 16 interior attorney offices, 15 paralegal offices, 14 administrative workstations, and additional records and office-services positions. This highly efficient layout is supported by approximately 3,600 square feet of shared support space and 2,900 square feet dedicated to reception and conferencing, all connected through intuitive circulation paths.
Operational needs are addressed through a comprehensive support program that includes case rooms, remote-file storage niches, print and mail areas, office services, an MDF room, a law-library lounge, storage areas, and a high-density file room. The client conference center features a variety of conference rooms sized for different meeting needs, complemented by waiting areas, client coffee service, and a catering pantry.

Workspaces feature height-adjustable desks, integrated power and cable management, walnut finishes, LED-lit shelving, and ample storage. Attorney offices include expanded furnishings such as L-shaped desks, file storage, shelving, and large tackboards. Flexible conference rooms utilize reconfigurable, technology-integrated tables that support multiple meeting configurations.

A cohesive palette of walnut, bronze accents, dark metal finishes, and coordinated upholstery creates a consistent identity throughout the office. Hospitality-inspired elements, including lounge-style reception, client coffee areas, café seating, library lounges, and wellness spaces, add warmth and flexibility. The result is a modern legal workplace that balances private work, client engagement, operational efficiency, and collaborative interaction.
