The design for this multinational technology company’s workplace in Cyberjaya, Malaysia embodies a perfect balance between modern elegance and functional creativity, ensuring both form and purpose are elevated.
The reception area greets visitors with a clean, spacious, and sophisticated design. White, beige, and brown tones dominate the palette, creating a warm yet professional atmosphere. The use of wood paneling adds texture to the walls, while the curved edges throughout the design soften the overall look, lending the space a more welcoming and organic feel.
Extending the neutral palette, the large meeting room features shades of brown, copper, light grey, and white, exuding a refined and polished atmosphere. Frosted glass walls provide privacy while allowing natural light to filter through, enhancing the room’s open and airy feel. The design ensures a space conducive to focused discussions and productive meetings, aligning with the company’s innovative vision.
The design prioritizes employee wellbeing with spacious areas designated for relaxation and social interaction. Multiple zones cater to different needs, from quiet corners for focused work to vibrant spaces for casual discussions. A massage corner and a well-equipped pantry serve as key features, offering employees opportunities to recharge during the day.
The expansive open-plan work area is thoughtfully arranged by department, promoting collaboration while maintaining a sense of order. Neutral tones of white and light grey form the base palette, allowing pops of muted yellow and blue to stand out in desk dividers, creating a refreshing and energetic workspace.
