Genesis Oil & Gas’ London Offices
Morgan Lovell has completed a new office for Oil & Gas company, Genesis, who wanted to consolidate from three London office locations into one.
Genesis wanted to relocate from three separate offices into one new office in the centre of London whilst maintaining a sense of togetherness and unity across six different floors. With the aid of Morgan Lovell the result is a brand new office which delivers ‘One Genesis’, unity across all floors and still preserves the identity of each department.
Colour was used as a way of identifying each level whilst still maintaining a sense of togetherness across all six floors. This was achieved by using particular colour schemes for collaborative workspaces and giving each floor its unique colour palette, making each floor seem familiar but ultimately unique. The office is also situated just opposite St. Pauls Cathedral so every effort was made to increase visibility and natural light from outside to make the most of the fantastic view. This also included turning the top floor, typically reserved for the executives, into a shared space where everyone can enjoy the view. With the aid of Morgan Lovell, the new workplace not only brought Genesis together but creates a very flexible, comfortable working atmosphere for staff and a place to bring clients.
