Russian Mortgage Bank Offices – Moscow
PANACOM has renovated the office of Commercial bank Russian Mortgage Bank is located in recently reconstructed ancient building, in the center of Moscow.
The architects of PANACOM had a difficult task: on the one hand – to create a presentable, strict and laconic office space, and on the other – to keep a comfortable, cozy, atmosphere for clients.
How to organize in a small space all the necessary areas, in which could be fully exist the bank? Abandoning the office and corridor planning, architects have focused on the island, including the reception desks and meeting rooms. Around it there are all necessary zones: from open space (a reception, waiting areas, workplaces of employees) to the director’s office.
The huge central capsule set the tone for all interior. Translucent partitions from the glass of tea color, wooden decorative panels, and strict leather furniture – all this reminds an interior of expensive, luxurious cruise liner or expensive submarine.
The necessary austerity of the office is reached due to an ashy-golden-brown scale, in which all interior is sustained. Impressive microcement plaster became a fine background for the brass staircase, made according on detailed sketches of architects. Flat ceiling plafonds are reflected in tinted windows of partitions, set the direction of movement and, thus, to move apart the space, even more illuminating it. All this in total with the leather furniture and textured fabrics gave to the interior a quiet and confident character.
As a result, we got the comfortable office for clients of bank and employees.
