Alexander Interactive’s New York City Offices / BR Design Associates
BR Design Associates has finished the design of a new office space for New York City-based design firm Alexander Interactive.
Located in the Flatiron District, Alexander Interactive is a vibrant, flourishing e-commerce company specializing in website design and branding. With the belief that quality design translates to an increased quality of work-life, the project designer worked closely with the client to create a space that would reflect their quirky company identity while satisfying the specific needs of their work style.
The client wanted to create an office environment that nurtured and encouraged community and creativity while adding an element of fun to the workplace. Our designers exposed the concrete floors and opened the ceiling, added glass at conference rooms and office fronts, created a “floating” counter anchored at the buildings columns large enough for plenty of staff to gather, and added fun furniture elements such as a vintage pool table and media area complete with video games to achieve this collaborative aesthetic.
