Group M Offices – Istanbul
Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlık has designed the new offices of media investment and marketing company Group M, located in Istanbul, Turkey.
This new workplace design for media investment company, GroupM, converts an existing shopping mall into a new creative workplace. The space houses four group businesses – Mediacom, MEC, Mindshare and Maxus.
The main architectural and interior elements have been designed to provide a consistent backdrop. Through the controlled use of materials, palette and lighting we have expressed the individuality of each business in separately branded receptions and breakout out spaces.
Our design exposes the base building ceiling to enhance the ceiling height, and uses lighting to create interest and sparkle within the various workplace settings. The suspended acoustic panels serve as interesting decorative elements and assist with overcoming workplace acoustic issues.
The design provides choice-based work settings for individual, collaborative and team working, supported by lifestyle and social spaces which include a reception / bar zone, breakout areas, and games rooms.
