CBRE designs the expansion of their own office in Madrid, Spain. The company wanted to reinforced CBRE’s Workplace360 concept, focused on collaboration, flexibility, digitalisation and employee well-being.

All of the spaces are designed so that employees and clients can work together, sharing experiences and knowledge. They design in house the new workstation “Cell” encouraging employee collaboration. This new space lets CBRE go one step further on the New Ways of Working.

CBRE created a natural environment, with a unique old wooden hut in the middle of a forest, ¨we wanted to convey sustainability and bring people closer to nature, reinforcing our corporate image. ¨ The project generates a sensory impact on people who visit the offices: they worked on the five senses.

One of the biggest challenges was to integrate innovation with last technology into the natural and organic forest setting.

Thanks to the new atrezzo services they had special attention to even the smallest details, reinforcing the natural image, creating a space in which employees can enjoy the office and improve their health and well-being, including aspects such as nutrition, fitness and mental health.
