Our international and in-house workplace strategies, tenant representation and project management teams worked hand-in-hand together to prolong and expand our office space in our Prague 1 office in Palladium, to define and implement our global innovative workplace concept called Workplace360, to manage the fit-out of our new offices and to manage the change.

Our requirement was to create an office that would support the integration of the 2 recently acquired companies, to increase employee productivity and to create an attractive work environment both for our clients and our employees. Moreover, we wanted the office to be a showcase of new ways of working in the Czech Republic.

We conducted a detailed analysis of our needs through interviews and occupancy measurements and defined the blueprint for our new activity based offices. Detailed interior design was delivered by Ian Bryan architects for the first phase (1150 sqm). The second phase (800 sqm expansion) was already designed by our in-house design team.

Office is capable to accommodate about 200 employees, and provides about 170 of different type of workstations, large main kitchen with the daylight, and open informal part of clients area.

Our independent employee survey conducted a year later showed that 98% of employees felt that the new office better supports cooperation, 97% of employees increased their productivity and 98% of employees find the new office more attractive. Finally, our company revenues for the Palladium office doubled year-on-year comparing the period before and after implementation of the new office concept.
