Wealth Management Company Offices – Sao Paulo
LP+A Arquitetura has designed the offices for a wealth management company located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Project C is a wealth management company that contacted LPA in late-2016 to redesign its reception and meeting rooms according to the concepts and values of the company.
The environments were developed around warmth and solidity, but also around the privacy and security with which the company treats its clients. Therefore, the presence of wood, wallpaper and beige carpets as tonal centers of the project led clients to feel calm, safe and discreet.
The reception has wood panels in contrast with white lacquer panels, creating an austere and secure space. Likewise, meeting rooms are arranged along a corridor of glass partitions with shutters, to allow for transparency or privacy, depending on the occasion.
