Taking into account that this project will be the home for J&J team in Latin America, the designers of AEI were inspired by the origins of the races and ethnic groups of the Latin American region.

The design concept was the union of cultures, languages, textures and colors that create in a single space a call to innovation connected with the origin; colors with diversity and nature with relaxation.

Colors, textures and environments come from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico and Venezuela. The 9 story project has the latest trends in work spaces implemented. Wellness centers, cafeterias, flexible workstations and informal and formal meeting rooms can be found promoting innovation and collaboration between work teams.

A project aligned with the company’s Workplace Innovation (WI) strategy. Designed for the well-being and strengthening of each employee. Offices that enhance creativity, innovation and teamwork. Spaces designed for activity, without hierarchies and where everyone has access to better views and natural light.
