Javelin Offices – London
Niche Projects were tasked with the design of the Javelin offices, a retail strategy consulting company, located in London, England.
Niche Projects has transformed Javelin’s new office space into a spatial representation of the company’s culture and evolution.
Having completed design and fit out works for the global commodities trader in the past, Niche Projects was appointed to revisit Javelin’s workspace design as they moved into larger offices to accommodate for expanding business.
The design concept incorporates the company’s passion for the products they trade – coal, steel and iron. From the feature aquarium to minimalist yet efficient light and furniture design, the concept carries through the reception, to the boardrooms and to the main open plan area.
Carefully selected finishes throughout the space create a sophisticated ambiance with subtle light fittings, acoustic panels, and stimulating artwork.
Comfort and employee well-being were an integral part of the project – creating a space where people can find comfort and energy. This is best expressed in the warmth and communal atmosphere of the break areas, as well as the dedicated gym facility for the employees.
The finished space delivers a representation of Javelin’s standards, and is guaranteed to impress.
