Indeed Domain Offices – Austin
Interconnected, interactive and energetic define the new work environment for Indeed's Austin offices located within Domain Tower, a truly representative space for the global employment search engine giant.
STG Design with Specht Architects designed the highly interactive offices for employment-related search engine giant, Indeed, located in Austin, Texas.
STG Design’s fourth project for Indeed is for their engineering offices located in Domain Tower. Indeed wanted a connected space to provide an interactive environment for their employees that reflects the company’s energetic attitude on a global scale. The original design called for Indeed to take over eleven separate floors with only elevator banks and fire stairs, providing a connection between these spaces.
The client tasked STG Design with creating a focal-point staircase to interconnect break rooms and other high-activity spaces on seven of the eleven levels. The unique design solution allows employees to move between each of these floors, with dynamic neighborhoods of individual and community zones creating opportunities for interactive experiences.
By combining local raw materials, vibrant brand colors, and technology, continuous lines are created that connect people and encourage collaboration. Amenities include an airstream trailer as meeting space, cafeterias, baristas, and an auditorium and fitness center.
