Confidential Holdings Company Offices – Or Yehuda
Rectangular geometries mixed with strong colors give this private holdings company a warm, elegant and pleasant space to call their office home in Or Yehuda.
Setter Architects recently accomplished the office design for a confidential holdings company located in Or Yehuda, Israel.
The design concept is based on a play of rectangular geometries. The offices were designed to emphasize respectable corporate offices, and to create a warm and pleasant work-environment.
The materials chosen reflect an elegant appearance, using wood in the cladding and flooring for a sense of warmth. Intense colors with a strong presence are used in a well-thought out design that recalls the assorted colors of beverage bottles.
The entrance area was planned as a multifunctional space, integrating the reception and waiting area with the cafeteria. Our aim was to provide an inviting, informal space.
A spacious conference room is located near the entrance area: it has a transparent façade, allowing an outside view. Along the corridor, the rooms create a play of recessed and protruding boxes.
It moderates the length of the hallway, adding a 3D play. Facing it is the library, consisting of a composition of metal boxes.
Within that 3-D play are planted areas which contribute both to the public space and the private spaces.
The employees’ offices are designed to supply a warm, home-like sense, with touches of neutral and delicate tones, and a combination of artwork and plantings.
