RTP Global Offices – London
Oktra designed a sleek and warm space for the RTP Global offices in London, England.
RTP Global envisioned a modern and sophisticated office with a premium feel that reflected the calibre of their business. The venture capital firm wanted to continue with their traditional workplace model as well as introduce new elements to improve the client and employee experience at their Golden Square office. The new space allows RTP Global to host clients at their fully functional kitchen and bar area or meet in the relaxed members’ lounge and library.
Oktra paid close attention to detail and finishes to produce a design that exudes quality and character. Classic meets contemporary design with the walnut veneer panels and richly coloured fabrics adding drama to the light and minimal design. Mood lighting creates an atmospheric workspace that feels intimate in parts, while retaining the functionality and professionalism of a workplace.
The interior perimeter of the office is fully glazed and wraps around the building’s atrium on the fifth floor. Naturally, the space receives high levels of daylight, and the open design allows this light to spread to the private offices and meeting rooms. Visitors and employees are greeted by a refined teapoint and breakout space that connects the front-of-house to the meeting rooms and offices that can accommodate internal and external meetings. Soft seating encourages employees to hold agile meetings and acoustically protected pods accommodate smaller private meetings or phone calls.
