The Ref Logistics project, designed by Alya Architecture, covers an area of approximately 400 square meters and was designed with a focus on executive offices and workspaces. The design placed great emphasis on functionality, comfort, and aesthetics. Elements such as furniture, color, and lighting were carefully selected to create an environment where employees can work efficiently. In addition, the overall atmosphere of the office and the company’s identity were taken into consideration to create a unique design.
Office design is crucial for a company operating in the import and export sector, as they work in a sector where they directly interact with customers and business partners.
Designing an impressive space for a logistics company’s office requires considering many factors. Logistics companies typically handle high volume transactions, so office design should be optimized to enable efficient and fast operations.
In office design, we prioritized functionality and usability and accordingly, office furniture, lighting, color selection, and other elements were chosen to fit the purpose of the office and the needs of the employees. In addition, as logistics companies often work in high-stress environments, office design should be designed to help reduce employee stress levels and increase motivation. For this purpose, the use of natural elements such as green plants and natural light can help relax employees’ minds and reduce stress.
