Noventi Offices – Munich
INpuls was engaged by healthcare company, Noventi, to design a forward-thinking space for their offices in Munich, Germany.
It illustrates the roots as well as the future of the company: architecture and interior design unite both worlds with a clear signature and distinct signals. The brand becomes a bridge between origin and future.
We have translated this aspect into space. Breaking with outdated ways of thinking, rethinking corporate structures and workflows and inventing new materials, as well as using old familiar materials in a modern space-creating way.The requirement was to merge several locations of the company to a new Noventi Health SE headquarter and to stimulate a change in the company. The brand-new office space should provide classic workplaces with meeting facilities, a representative reception area and a restaurant.
As part of the change management, the guiding principle “Tech with roots” was developed. The interior design concept of the new headquarter in Munich should illustrate the past and the future of the company. The tension between these two worlds and its spatially conscious symbiosis dominates the design concept. The classic handling of prescriptions and thus the interface between pharmacy and further processing is considered the origin of the company. “Roots” stands for precisely these aspects and is visualized in the design of the work areas. Natural materials such as wood and cotton fabrics dominate the surroundings of the home bases. This area is dedicated to the employees, which are considered the driving force behind the company. By giving them a pleasant working environment, there appreciation should be expressed. An unconventional material development becomes the trademark: Reception counters, as well as tables and cabinets, are made of prescription paper, allowing visitors to immediately immerse themselves in the Noventi world.
