A relocation project for a medical foundation that specializes in pediatric home healthcare. The grand concept of the project is “Gather,” symbolizing the collective power and diverse thoughts of the individuals involved. The office space is thoughtfully divided across three floors, each with its unique theme. One floor is dedicated to a tranquil and soothing “healing” environment, another floor exudes vibrant “vitality” and energy, and the third floor serves as a space for the office to recharge and take on new “challenges.“ To create a sense of openness, the office adopts an open-plan layout without partitions, cleverly segmented into zones through the use of furniture, graphics, art, and colors. The incorporation of Activity-Based Working (ABW) approach fosters a dynamic and playful atmosphere, striking the perfect balance between color, circulation, visibility, and privacy. Additionally, the design minimizes the need for extensive construction, resulting in a bright and inviting office space.
