ARCH.DESIGN completed a bright space with ample opportunities for collaboration at the Acer Computer offices in Paris, France.
In the ever-evolving world of technology, the collaboration between companies often paves the way for groundbreaking innovations and improved work environments. In this context, the partnership between ARCH.DESIGN and Acer, a Taiwanese multinational giant in the realm of hardware and electronics, stands as a shining example of how synergy can lead to remarkable results. Acer, renowned for its expertise in manufacturing and marketing computers, monitors, and other peripherals, made a significant move to expand its presence in France. This expansion included relocating to new, spacious premises covering an impressive 1,600 square meters in Paris.
With a global workforce of approximately 8,000 employees, Acer’s decision to invest in the Seine Avenue building near Paris was not a mere real estate transaction; it was a strategic move to strengthen its foothold in France. The choice of location was intentional, reflecting Acer’s commitment to accessibility and proximity to its valued customers and partners. Acer aimed to create an inviting space that not only supported its growth but also embodied its vision of modernity, collaboration, and openness.
Acer entrusted ARCH.DESIGN with the task of transforming the Seine Avenue building into a thriving workplace that would resonate with its corporate identity. The challenge was monumental but exciting: to turn a vast expanse into a dynamic ecosystem comprising open spaces, meeting rooms, connected areas, individual offices, a coffee point, and a workshop. ARCH.DESIGN’s expertise in blending aesthetics with functionality was precisely what Acer needed to bring its vision to life.
Working tirelessly, ARCH.DESIGN and Acer’s teams collaborated closely over several weeks to revamp the space. The transition was executed swiftly, with the entire move taking place over a single weekend. This remarkable feat of logistical coordination resulted in Acer France’s workforce converging upon their new headquarters in Asnières-sur-Seine.
