  • Morgan Lovell created a bright and modern space for the Alantra offices in London, England.

Alantra’s new workplace, designed by Morgan Lovell, creates a space that blends natural elements with contemporary aesthetics. The reception area showcases bespoke joinery, exuding a sense of elegance and sophistication while maintaining a soft and natural silhouette. The use of curves in the walls, ceiling lighting, and floor design guides the eye, drawing attention to the Alantra branding and offering glimpses of the stunning outside view.

The carefully selected colour palette, including but not dominated by the brand colours, is complemented by ample green accents, bringing a touch of nature indoors and enhancing the biophilic atmosphere. These design choices not only create a visually stunning space but also evoke a calm and cohesive atmosphere, working to support employee well-being and a sense of community.

Taking advantage of the stunning location, harnessing the breath-taking views and abundance of natural light was a design priority for Morgan Lovell. Glass has been strategically incorporated into the design, optimising the use of floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space. The lighting concept was developed to create a natural focus on the showcase entrance area, ensuring an awe-inspiring first impression.

The workplace has been carefully crafted to enhance team productivity and communication. The furniture and design elements are intentionally flexible, allowing for easy adaptation to different needs and activities, such as town halls and team meetings. This emphasis on collaboration and adaptability ensures that the space remains dynamic and supportive of a productive work environment now and into the future, as the space can evolve with the businesses needs.
