IA Design are excited to share their recently completed speculative fitout at 255 George Street, Sydney.
The initial brief was to create an environment that was not only open and inviting but also distinguished itself from other speculative projects in the Sydney CBD market.
The client sought an environment that potential tenants could perceive as more than just a workplace but a space that inspires creativity and instils a sense of community.
Highlights of this stylish fitout include a large open lobby and waiting area and the adjacent kitchen and breakout space.
Subtly split by an operable wall, this part of the tenancy moonlights as a large function space offering visitors a uniquely tailored environment for entertaining staff, visitors, and clients.
The breathtaking curved ceiling was meticulously designed to reflect the shapes and intricate details of the furniture and joinery. The result creates an elegant sense of ambiance that captivates anyone who steps inside.
Informal collaboration zones are thoughtfully integrated amidst workstations to encourage seamless connection between colleagues. This adaptable setup adheres to post-COVID work conditions, encouraging a productive environment for teams to thrive.
Warm ochre hues bathe the space, softening the sleek concrete and amplifying the timber’s natural charm. A versatile double-glazed operable wall with curtain screening zones the suite for seamless multi-functionality.
