Lexington Spec Suite – Madrid
CBRE Design Collective transformed a historic building in Madrid’s Salamanca neighborhood, balancing 19th-century architecture with modern touches, integrating greenery, and creating diverse workspaces with quality materials for employee comfort.
Lexington works with CBRE for a long time to develop the flex space rental business. Their main needs were to remodel an old building in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, respecting its original essence and providing a touch of modernity.
One of the challenges was that there were numerous peculiarities to take into account as it was not a modern office building.
It is a project that aims to bring a touch of modernity without skipping the essence of 19th century architecture and integrate the vegetation in its main court yard, making reference to the “Parque del Retiro” close to the offices.
Diverse spaces for all types of work with a pleasant and spacious atmosphere.
It has quality materials and finishes that guarantee employee comfort.
