  • As the working world readapts following the global pandemic, Lee has created an office that redefines and challenges the outdated constraints of traditional corporate America. Rather, she offers a new approach to working in today’s contemporary world, heavily leaning on her knowledge of psychology to consider how the spaces we are in impact productivity and workflow.

The workspace captures the essence of the historic neighborhood in downtown Manhattan while also integrating modern elements. It is situated on a distinctive easel composed of cast iron columns and large windows, blending industrial refinement with creative ingenuity. The open and spacious floor plans deviate from the typical corporate environment, providing a liberating atmosphere. Lee carefully curated the space to feature a selection of mid-century and classic Nordic designs, giving it an artsy edge.

The office isn’t just an office, nor is it just about work – it’s a canvas and creative hub where innovation is nurtured and ultimately flourishes. Lee designed versatile lounging areas and intimate vignettes to create an environment where entertainment, networking, and collaboration seamlessly blend. The rear side of the loft stands in stark contrast to the sunny front area, with Lee drawing inspiration from the weathered, earthy tones of the building’s original brick; this space exudes a distinct personality that promotes productivity and deep focus.
