Sowen transformed a 19th-century building in Paris into a peaceful 2000 square-meter office for Delos with soothing nature-inspired design, ultra-connected hearing rooms, and meeting spaces offering panoramic views.
A 2000m2 haven of peace in a 19th century building in the heart of Paris – that’s the challenge Sowen has taken up. On Rue Réaumur, our client Delos has created the first Parisian arbitration center on 2000m2, a space dedicated to arbitration hearings and their eco-system.
A soothing place with curves, undulations, soft colors and a world inspired by nature.
4 ultra-connected hearing rooms, with state-of-the-art acoustics and seating for up to 84. The 12 meeting rooms serve as a rear base for the parties involved. With mini-bar, zen corner, and breathtaking views over Paris.
