Base MV Offices – Villahermosa
BLAU Design Studio created a 1,209 square-meter office space for Base MV in Villahermosa, Mexico with a focus on making employees feel at home, fostering comfort, productivity, and reducing stress levels.
Nowadays almost all the people spend most of their time in a workspace, in this project our main goal was to create a space that feels like “home away home”, having a space designed and thought for the user. In this case the collaborators of the company; the result is having employees who feel comfortable and valued, plus increasing productivity and reducing stress levels, creating a healthy environment for everybody.
The Corporate MV office is located in Villahermosa, Tabasco and has an area of 1,209 m2, distributed on a single level, with spaces like managers office, open offices, meeting rooms, a common work area for more than 80 people and recreation areas. Such as dining room, kitchen, call rooms, cave area, locker area, general reception, executive reception and a rest area which we call the lounge.
Our client is a young company, the average age is 35 years. We worked on multiple floor plans options and finishes palette, resulting in an open space that invite users to interact with each other. Throughout, a vibrantly colored acoustic wall paneling that matches the textured floor and distinctive furniture pieces, and the polished concrete-like walls, we created a balance between a serious and fun corporate look.
